OUR SEARCH PROCESS
Through carefully listening and in-depth discussions with hiring
managers, we clearly define our client’s needs, the specific
qualifications desired, how the position fits into the organization,
key performance challenges, the educational requirements, the desired
length of experience, and when pertinent, the working relationships
and the compensation and benefit program.
Research & Industry Intelligence
Before each search, we thoroughly research to find sources for top
candidates. Our research is second to none. We leverage massive
amounts of industry specific, company & employee level intelligence,
and our strong network of contacts in all our searches. Our recruiters
use this information to identify the best prospective candidates,
within relevant target companies, who possess the specific skills
and background that our clients are looking for. We network with
these individuals, in order to secure their interest, as well as
to secure referrals to other candidates who possess the required
A thorough, multifaceted candidate search is initiated based on
the needs analysis and research performed. We identify potential
candidates through our research, and personally contact each one
to confirm their interest, or to secure referrals to other individuals
who possess the qualifications that are required. We describe our
client’s organization, and the search that we are undertaking
in a compelling, professional manner. We assess the candidate’s
qualifications and interest, and if appropriate, we secure the candidate’s
authority to represent them to our client.
Presentation of candidates
In addition to presenting our clients with the candidate’
resume and our interview notes, we assist in coordinating interviews.
We secure references and at the request of our client, undertake
thorough reference checking before an offer is made. As in all phases
of the search process, we exercise utmost care in regard to confidentiality.
Salary Negotiation &
We assist the hiring company and the candidate to negotiate an acceptable,
competitive compensation agreement. Our objective is to create a
win-win situation for all parties. We strive to make candidates
happy with the compensation that they are offered, and ensure that
the hiring company has all the facts required to present an offer
that will not be declined.
Under our Contingency Search arrangement, we earn our Fee only if
we deliver candidates who get hired by our clients. The Fee is typically
an amount equal to a percentage of the candidate’s base salary.
We are paid directly by the hiring company. There is absolutely
no cost to the candidates who we represent. Our clients’ satisfaction
